Want to explore v-coaching?
The v-coach is expected to commit approximately 2-4 hours each month to coaching-related activities. Meetings with candidates will usually last about 45 minutes to one hour.
Our goal is for the v-coach/candidate relationship to last for at least six months. The relationship may, however, last for a longer period. V-coaches and candidates are required to assess the relationship every six months and then make a decision about renewing the commitment for another six-month period.
V-coaches may periodically be provided with opportunities to connect with other active coaches during informal online coach meetups. This will provide a forum to discuss any challenges being faced, share victories, and make recommendations to program directors.
Please note that v-coaches and candidates may choose to terminate the relationship at any time.
